Alert: Introducing Our New Total Triage & Online Consultation Platform!

Starting from 4th November, Sheringham Medical Practice will be implementing a new total triage and online consultation platform to improve communication with our patients.

You no longer need to contact the practice by phone! Instead, you can now reach us online to ask any medical or admin question. This system is quicker than calling and ensures that you are directed to the most appropriate clinician, team, or service right from the start.

Simply log onto your NHS App or Systmonline or visit our website to access this service from 4th November 2024. We believe this change will enhance your experience and streamline the way you receive care.

Thank you for your support as we transition to this new, more efficient way of working!

Many thanks

Non-urgent advice: BMA Ballot

The Partners at Sheringham Medical Practice support the recent BMA Ballot and hope that this encourages the Government to prioritise funding for General Practice as a crucial element in revitalising the NHS. However, we will not be making any immediate changes to our current service provision. Over the coming weeks, we will review the BMA’s suggestions to ensure safe and effective working conditions for our team and the best possible care for our patients, both now and in the future.
