Management Team

Practice Manager – Pauline Craske
Pauline is the Practice Manager at Sheringham Medical Practice. Pauline started at the practice as a receptionist/filing clerk in 1997 and progressed to reception manager, office manager and from August 2005 Practice Manager. Pauline completed the Receptionist Amspar qualification and in 2008 completed the diploma in Primary Care Management.

Pauline works Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and her role involves operational management including day to day running of the practice, HR, Premises, clinical governance, patient services and public relations.

Management Team Assistant – Emma Clarke
Emma is the Management Team Assistant at Sheringham Medical Practice. Emma started at the practice as a receptionist in 2001 and progressed to reception manager and from 2014 Management Team Assistant.

Emma works Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday and her role involves managing Mandatory Training requirements, new starters and leavers, staff inductions, Significant Events and covering Practice Manager in her absence.

Management Team Personal Assistant – Sacha Harris-Smith

Quality Improvement Facilitator – Kayleigh Dorey
Kaleigh is the Quality Service Manager at Sheringham Medical Practice. Kayleigh completed her work experience at the practice when she was 15 years old, she then worked during school holidays. Kayleigh started working as a scanning clerk in 2005 she progressed to medical secretary and gained her Level 3 diploma Medical secretary qualification and from 2017 became the Quality Improvement facilitator.

Kayleigh works Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and her role involves running medical searches, research, IT, managing the face book and website, QOF and Enhanced Services. Kayleigh works closely with Charlotte Pike in identifying new initiatives that will improve service provision.

Kayleigh also covers duty manager in the absence of Pauline Craske and Emma Clarke

Dispensary Manager – Paula Fraser
Paula is the dispensary Manager at Sheringham Medical Practice. Paula started at the practice in December 1991 as a filing clerk, she progressed to receptionist then prescription clerk and now is the dispensary manager, in 2000 she completed her BTEC level 2 dispensing course

Paula works Tuesdays, Wednesday Thursday and Friday and she is responsible for efficiently running the dispensary to ensure patients obtain the medication and prescriptions within our specified timeframe and she also process discharge and clinic letters that are sent from the hospital where the patient is needing medication, these letters need to be processed within 72 hours to allow patients to obtain their medication in a reasonable timeframe

Finance Manager – Andreea Perrott
Andreea joined Sheringham Medical Practice in 2002. After working initially as a Receptionist and Data entry Clerk, she took on the role of Practice Administrator in 2004, followed by Business Administrator in 2007.

Andreea went on to study Accountancy with Kaplan Financial and qualified as an AAT Level 4 Professional Accounting Technician in 2008.

In 2017, Andreea’s role developed to Finance Manager. Her responsibilities are overseeing the day to day finance & business administration functions, month end accounting and preparation of VAT returns, administration of online banking, payroll and pensions, financial claims & funding applications, insurance policies and business contracts.
