To obtain your unique username and password please bring some identification (e.g. driving license, passport or birth certificate) to the dispensary. Unfortunately these cannot be issued over the phone this is due to patient confidentiality. For more information please ask at the dispensary.

If you wish to change where you collect your medication from or if the medication you require is not on the list or unavailable please use the "Medication Request Notes" box.
(please note that this box can only hold 500 characters and SystmOnline times out after 5 minutes)
Please ensure that 2 hours has passed from when you collected your username / password from the practice before using this service for the first time.
