The practice is starting to send prescriptions electronically.  Pick up a leaflet from reception to find out how this could save you time.

Book Your Appointments Online

You can now book selected appointments with Doctors only, and review and cancel all your appointments, online or by telephone, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Please note Nurse appointments are not bookable by these methods at present.

You can also order your repeat medication on-line.

To use the online services and obtain your unique username and password please come to the surgery and bring some identification (e.g. driving license, passport or birth certificate) to the surgery. Unfortunately these cannot be issued over the phone this is due to patient confidentiality.

You will be provided with a username and password in writing, to give you access to the on-line facilities.  You will need to wait about an hour after before using the system to allow your details to be loaded.  Then simply click on the link on our web site or enter https://systmonline.tpp-uk.com into your browser or save it in your favourites.

Online Detailed Coded Record Patient Information and Full Online Record

Patient Access has been in use in the Practice for some years now and many of our patients are happily using it to book appointments and order repeat prescriptions over the internet.

We have now extended the facilities offered using this system.

We now have the option to open up areas of your medical record for you to view using the same system, Patient Online.

If you are not registered for Patient Online, you will need to do so at Reception, producing your ID.

If you are already registered for online services, you will use your existing username and password. In order to view your medical record, you will need to log onto your account and click

  • Online Account management
  • Manage on-line services
  • Add detailed coded record
  • Full clinical record

The practice will receive notification of your request.  Once your medical record has been checked it will be available to view no later than 40 days from your request. When you log on, you will then have the option to view your record. Only you can see this information by using your secure username and password but it will be available to you wherever you have internet access.
